Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before selling your device through Gadget Club’s platform.

1. Agreement to Terms:
   • By submitting the form to sell your device through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
2. Device Valuation:
   • The valuation provided by Gadget Club is based on the information you provide about the device’s make, model, condition, and other relevant factors.
   • Gadget Club reserves the right to adjust the valuation based on an in-person inspection of the device at our store branch.
3. Ownership and Authority:
   • By selling your device through our platform, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the device and have the authority to sell it.
4. Accurate Information:
   • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information about the device when filling out the form.
   • Gadget Club reserves the right to reject any submission that contains false or misleading information.
5. Condition of Device:
   • You agree to sell the device in the condition described in the submission form.
   • Any discrepancies between the condition of the device as described and its actual condition may result in a revision of the valuation or refusal of the sale.
6. Payment:
   • Payment for the device will be issued at the time of sale, subject to the final valuation determined by Gadget Club.
   • Payment may be made in cash or via an agreed-upon alternative method.
7. Disposal of Data:
   • You are responsible for removing all personal data and restoring the device to its factory settings before selling it to Gadget Club.
   • Gadget Club will not be held liable for any data left on the device after it has been sold.
8. Indemnification:
   • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gadget Club, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to the sale of your device.
